Returns: We gladly accept returns on undamaged items within 5 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging (BLG Jewels box or pouch). Please note that personalized items, colored enameled pieces, letter pieces, and name-specific pieces are not eligible for return. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Upon inspection by our Quality Assurance team, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within one week, minus a $40 processing charge and a 45% recycling fee. Please remember that returned jewelry will not be resold; it will be recycled.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours at no cost. After this period, a 45% restocking fee applies, as each item is handmade and cancellations during production result in a loss for our business.
