• MADE FROM CURD, NOT CREAM: Barosi Ghee is made from curd, not milk cream. The freshly sourced Buffalo milk is boiled and set to curd, the curd is then hand-churned bi-directionally to obtain butter. The butter is separated and heated slowly to obtain our grainy textured and aromatic Ghee.
• NATURAL & PURE: Barosi Buffalo Ghee is made using the fresh & pure milk of the grass-fed desi Buffalos reared on our farm. Our Ghee is made in small batches to assure freshness & quality. The Buffalos are neither injected with hormones nor artificially inseminated to enhance milk production.
• NUTRITIONAL POWERHOUSE: Barosi Ghee has a wonderful balance of Omega-6 to Omega-3. It's rich in vitamins A, E, K and anti-oxidants. Ghee aids digestion & gut health, helps improve immunity, and has external healing & nourishing properties.
• USAGE: Our pure & natural Ghee can be used for daily cooking, sautéing vegetables, and baking. Apply a dollop of our fresh Ghee to hot parathas or roti or add it to a hot bowl of dal rice.
• SUSTAINABLY PACKED: Our Ghee is sustainably packed and delivered in a Glass Jar. The Glass Jar packing helps retain the freshness & quality of the Ghee and promotes longer shelf-life. Store the Ghee in a cool & dry place away from direct sunlight in a tight lid container.
