Bliss of Earth organic Kalonji Oil (Black Cumin Seed Oil) is a premium quality, 100% pure, 100% organic, unrefined, virgin & cold pressed oil. It is extracted from the seeds of organic black cumin. It is a rich source of essential fatty acids and also contains two very powerful compounds Nigellone, an anti-histamine and Thymoquinone, an anti-inflammatory along with other nutrients that work synergistically to support the body's various functions.
Suggested Use: For adults take 1-2 TSP daily with food or your favourite juice. If using for the first time, start with ½ TSP and gradually increase over a few days.
