Why Chokkha Pickle?
In the past, people lived in joint families and the ladies of the house prepared the savories. They used to sit together and prepare and mature pickles very lovingly so they could pass on the tradition, quality, and purity to their children. Over time, technology took over and the joint family culture faded. People moved out of their hometowns and shifted to metropolitan cities. Today, most people don't know how to make pickles and savories, and even those who do may not have the time. Many people in corporate jobs miss the taste and flavor of homemade pickles.
