Directions:
Wet your hair: Ensure your hair is completely saturated with water; this allows the shampoo to distribute evenly and prevents using too much product. Apply shampoo: Take an adequate, coin-sized amount of shampoo into your palm and work it between your hands to create a lather. Massage the scalp: Gently massage the shampoo into your scalp and through the strands using your fingertips (not your nails) in a circular motion. Focus primarily on the scalp where oil and product buildup occur, which helps improve blood circulation. Rinse thoroughly: Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until all the product is gone. Follow up: For best results, always follow with a conditioner, applying it to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. You may also consider using a hair mask once or twice a week for deep conditioning
