Trexgenics TruBeet Beet Root 500 mg is a unique ingredient providing a high concentration of all-natural nitrates purely derived from Beetroot. The raw material is grown and sourced from a specific area in Southern India and manufactured using a proprietary process to obtain a high potency extract with minimal oxalate content. The clinical study demonstrated significantly higher plasma nitrate & nitrite values when compared to the placebo. While the peak power & time to peak power were not significantly different between the two arms, the mean peak power during the end sprint between 30-60s and 50-60s was significantly higher in the active arm when compared to the placebo. This shows better endurance exercise performance and is representative of real-world endurance-based events. This may be attributed towards better muscle oxygenation or oxygen extraction in the active arm when compared to the placebo as demonstrated in the study.
